The Forum for Congregational Life, previously Leadership Education at Duke Divinity, supports congregations by providing a national network and learning community of organizations and individuals who are committed to helping congregations thrive. Specifically, the Forum facilitates relationship and network development as well as assembling and sharing resources to nurture the vitality of congregational life, lay leaders, and clergy across diverse Christian traditions and denominations as well as in the organizations that support congregational life. The organization also oversees online publications like Faith & Leadership and coordination programs like the Ministry in Rural Areas and Small Towns, Thriving in Ministry, and Thriving Congregations.
